Urinary Antiseptic
Injectable Solution
Diuretic and antiseptic action, it is indicated for infections, biliary routes and urinary retention cases.
It is indicated for its anti-septic action, in urinary tract infections, such as: pyelitis, cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis and other infections of the urinary tract, as well as antiseptic of biliary routes. For its diuretic action, it is indicated as a regulator of urinary excretion in cases of urinary retention. When used parenterally, the methenamine has diuretic action, followed by a marked antiseptic action throughout the urinary tract, due to its deployment in the urine releasing formaldehyde with high antiseptic power.
